The INDRy II M managed Ethernet Switch is especially designed for harsh and industrial environments. The switch is released for operating temperatures from -40 up to +75°and passed shock and vibration tests at high standard. Dual power inputs from 12 to 58 VDC ensure functionality in almost any power environment, while the IP30-rated housing can be mounted to DIN-rails or the wall.
The INDRy II M offers 12 Gigabit Ethernet ports to update the existing industrial network with a full Gigabit speed infrastructure. Eight ports are equipped with 10-/100-/1000 Mbps copper PoE+ ports (RJ-45) , four additional Multirate SFP-slots leave room for fiber uplinks. Equip the SFP-slots with any mix and match of 100FX or 1000BaseSX/LX/LH SFP-modules. If your cable infrastructure changes, just replace the SFP according to your needs.
Layer 3 static routing on VLAN level, Firewall and flitering functionality make INDRy II a complete and preferred solution.
Power over Ethernet
INDRy II M supports Power over Ethernet compliant to the IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standard on all copper ports. Thus the switch can be used to power standard PoE PD devices with up to 30 watts per port along with the Ethernet data on standard Ethernet cabling.
The hardened Ethernet switch can be powered from 12 to 58V DC. Use an external 48V DC power supply for 802.3af and a minimum of 53V DC for 802.3at.
A full Gigabit network provides a large throughput and reduces the response time for sensitive applications like video and/or voice mixed with data in the same pipeline. The powerful features and the management of the INDRy II M offer all advanced filter and multicast algorithms needed today to easily prioritize, partition and organize a reliable high-speed network.
